Lightly modified, pro set up, all mahogany, 12 fret, slotted headstock, Martin. Love these things. Pickguard has been removed. Ad claims a pro set up in San Diego. Bought new in LA. Now in Oregon. Ad also says price is firm, but you never know. If I were in the area I would play it and if it's set up right and sounds as good as described, I might offer $1,300 and see what happens. Model number is already written on the case!
